Summary: This paper is devoted to investigation of the natural and artificial biogeochemical barriers. The sources of the pollution underground water have been revealed. The three-leveled scheme of the biogeochemical barriers has been worked out. The results of the assessment the atmosphere air’s, soil’s, underground waters’ and superficial waters’ ecological condition are represented. The measures for prevention of pollution and optimization of the environment’s components have been worked out.
