Abstract. The main objectives of the treatment of non-removable dentures are replacement dentition defects, normalization of occlusion and restoration of the functional state of dentition. When the dental orthopedic treatment alters the shape of the crowns of the teeth and, as a consequence, change the occlusal relationships of dentition. Occlusal relationships form the basis of the functional activity of dental system, providing conditions for the functioning of the masticatory muscles and temporomandibular joint. Performance indicators chewing muscles constitute individual typological features and determine the relationship of the organization of functional interaction reliefs occlusal surfaces of posterior teeth and chewing link parameters of human dental system.
