Summary: The paper considers the issues of the methods of study of the degradation processes of natural landscapes while being converted into anthropogenic ones. The conditions analysis results for various agricultural landscapes in the region are given. The author suggests a land management scheme ensuring inexhaustible balanced land utilization.
