Summary: The basic relationships between intestinal microbiocenosis and the ecological climatic factors were identified and analyzed in the article. The citizens from ecologically unfavorable districts it was established to have more expressed abnormalities of the intestinal microbiocenosis. The prevalence of opportunistic microorganisms in different seasons was also presented.
